Following are the some of the features of our Bucket Elevator, which will help you in reviewing our product closely:
1) PRODUCT FEATURES:
a. Stainless steel 304 grade construction out of 3&4 mm sheet & tube
b. Food grade, poly-propylene buckets. (Patent applied for). Approx. volume of bucket = 2.6 liters. The special design of buckets ensure that they collate in the most optimum manner at infeed point & this ensures minimal or nil wastages.
c. The downtime for bucket removal & refitting is hardly 10 seconds; this allows fast changeover of buckets during cleaning & recipe change. This has been demonstrated to you via small movie on email
d. Imported SEW make gear motor: 1.0 HP with TORQUE LIMITER combination; enhancing the safety of equipment & imparting long life to buckets & other parts.
e. Imported photocell sensors (AB)& pneumatics (FESTO) for level control & flow automation
f. Proper INFEED system through stock hopper & elevator inlet, controlled by special alignment of buckets at infeed point.
g. Product OUTFEED / dump controlled by specially designed mechanical parts & combination of pneumatics system, ensuring minimal wastage / spillage
h. Electronic console panel (BCH), with V.F.D (AB), imported (Merlin Gerin) switch gear & AB Sensors etc. for speed control as per requirement. Panel will be IP 65 rating (as per manufacturers specs). Any cooling system required, will be on your account)
i. All control circuit is in 24 VDC for safety & prevention of any human risk
j. Completely modular, length / height / no. of distribution points can be increased / decreased at any time.
k. Inbuilt system for dry cleaning of buckets: air knife, operated with a gentle push of a lever at a conveniently placed location
l. Auto Speed control to prefixed level while cleaning of buckets & pneumatic system for realignment of buckets.

WORKING: The Distribution system works in synchronization with the MH Weigher & the FFS bag maker. On getting the signal from the MH weigher (MHW), the Vibratory cross feeder (VCF) starts feeding the material to it. This ensures that the MHW will only get the material when required. This is regulated by directing a signal from the MHW to the SSR (solid state relay), which further activates the VCF. We install a photo cell sensor to the VCF & that further activates the pneumatic cylinder fitted in our Distribution System, which again ensures that the VCF will get the material only when it is empty. This ensures that the material drops only when there is actual requirement & all the machines installed get material as required.
BUCKET CAPACITY:
The buckets are food grade & are made out of Poly propylene & fitted with bronze inserts which allow easy movement for the stainless steel pins. The buckets are unbreakable in normal use & can be easily replaceable if required. Buckets run on Simplex roller chain (TI DIAMOND ) & EN-8 sprockets which are hardened at 40 HRC for a longer life. Usually the chain is MS, but we can also provide SS chain on special request.
The Bucket size is: 405mm x 100mm x 80 mm deep, giving sufficient volume to carry large capacities of material. The Buckets have an inbuilt collar which overlaps the preceding bucket & forming a continuation at the feeding point (a special design of the sprockets ensures this) & avoiding any spillage of material. We also provide a lubrication unit in the machine, which is filled with food grade vegetable oil & helps to lubricate the chain at non food contact points, thereby helping in smooth running of the system.

The complete system is controlled though a centralized control panel, fitted with
Variable Frequency Drive for speed adjustment & imported switchgear from Merlin Gerin-France. All the sensors, SMPS and pneumatics used are the best imported make available in the country like Pepper+Fuchs / AB, Finder, Meanwell, FESTO etc.
